Great quote and I think the difference goes much deeper than that. I believe there is actually little difference between a dream and a goal. I believe that the dream is a visual representation in the conscious and subconscious mind that provides the motivation to take action towards our goals.

A lot of the work I do is helping people create the mental imagery of their goals so that the mind can begin to believe it is possible. As Napoleon Hill proclaimed, “if you can see it, you can achieve it.” Dr. Wayne Dyer has said, “you will see if when you believe it.”

I believe that when you see it in your mind first the belief develops so that you can then take the action steps necessary to create it in reality.
