The last months I have been thinking alot about how I should focus on my businesses.
I have the “problem” of being very creative and the ideas are flowing constantly, and I am alos a man of action so I often start the project without properly planning it and setting up a budget for it and this results in tons of websites that are started but not always finished.
What I have always known is that it is always best to focus on one thing at a time, and wait until that project is up and running before you jump on the next train and it is this strategy I will try my best to implement in my business now.
How am I going to do it? Well, I have decided to make Get A Community my main business, and what I will do is build around this concept and improve it bit by bit instead of spreading my time and money on like 30 different projects.
The good thing is that part of Get A Community’s concept is to build forum concepts for other companies so I will still get to use my creativity and run these websites until i sell them.

Whats up?
Nothing much lately, working on renewing and optimizing some old sites and projects.
Me and Björn have decided to do som major changes on our projects we run under our company Zenia Europe Ltd., since some of them has been major dissapointments. But luckely we are doing good with our outsourcing business, and we are about to launch the website anyday now.
I am literaly working my ass off nowadays, and I really have no life at the moment but that is the price we all have to pay for freedom I guess?
Andreas gets involved in the music industry
My friend has started a artist management company, and he has asked med to be a part of it. I will handle all the web promotion, and I feel I really have something to deliver here with my team of 50+ writers.
Last weekend we went to a Swedish town called Karlstad to check out some of the great bands he is looking to sign and they were really awesome. So a mix of business and pleasure was the result of that weekend, can it be better?
GetACommunity.com launch
I have been working and preparing on this site for a couple of months now and its finally coming to and end, its not 100% done yet but I wanted to make it public for my readers to comment.
This will be the new version of Forum Pal, and the difference between FP and GAC is that GAC is going to be a more premium, exclusive and broader service than FP.
What does this mean then you might think? For you as a customer it means higher quality members and posts. Here are some of the news:
- We will now pay our posters more, which motivates them
- New posters will work on test forums before they work on customer forums, this to make sure they can deliver what they say.
- The posters will have to submit more information about themself, so we can put together profiles and statistics to make it possible for you to hoose what kind of posters you want, with choices like gender, age, interests and so on.

What is next Andreas?
I just came home from a 36 hour cruise with my fiance Elin, we were celebrating our 2 year anniversery. A very nice trip, and a lot of time together. So, now once again my batteries are charged and motivation is on top.

Money Problem
I came home from my cruise to see that my personal bank account was zeroed.
When I called my bank to see why like $800 had been taken out of my account for no reason it turned out that another bank which I had been receiving a transaction from had made some “chargebacks” that should not have been made, and now they say I will have to wait until like Monday to see my money again.
Freaking annoying!
My Journey to a Healthier life - Update
I have not made much updates lately on this topics, mainly because I have worked my ass off this past month.
Well all I can say is that I am still loosing weight, and I am now down to like 105 kilos which makes the total weightloss to like 15 kilos.
I am mighty proud of myself.
New website
I am currently working on a new website with my business partners Niklas Kvarnström and Mr. Silfverstierna. This site is going to be a site where we present our joint ventures and also our personal websites.
We call our group, Web Entrepreneurs United and you can have a look at www.weunited.net but the site is far from finished.
Outsourcing Project News
This project has really been delayed because of many reasons, but now I finally got a call from Sam, the Head of Development for this project.
He showed me the updates, and now only integrating the design is left.
I can not wait to launch this project, since I already have about 10 interested entrepreneurs, I am sure it will be a hit.

Time for some marketing
This summer I have learned a lot of new things about doing business online and I really learn something new every day.
As you might now I have been in the game for almost 7 years now, but have never really been learning new stuff frequently. I have just been doing what I was good at and just “educated” myself from time to time to renew a bit.
What I have been doing lately is beeing quite active in many big webmaster and entrepreneur forums, and that has really paid of in many ways.
I would absolutely recommend you to do this too, you will not regret it.
Time for some marketing
If you are a returning reades of this blog you might have noticed that I have started quite a lot if sites lately. What I decided to do was to get some of my old ideas going, instead of just have them waiting in line to be launched. My ideas was to just let them be online, and grow without any real marketing and when I had the time and money start putting some dollars on marketing them.
Well, now it is time to do that, and I will mainly focus on viral like marketing solutions like contests and word of mouth marketing. Hopefully that will be a success.

So today I have new sites to announce, both are business I have worked with before.
One forum at www.gourmetdialog.com and one word-cloud site at www.100sentences.com
Gourmet Dialog is a forum for food and wine lovers.
100 Sentences is a word-cloud site with a twist, here you can buy a whole sentence instead of just a word.

So, I have decided to change the theme of this blog. I do not know why I did not do it before since I actually was never really satisfied with the previous one.
Anyway, still some work to do on this one to make it more personal.
What is your opinion? Is this one better?
The word-cloud sites
Andreas, what is up with all the word-cloud sites you might think.
Actually, I just ran in to these kind of sites a couple of days ago for the first time.
I liked the concept of those general sites like 500words.com and thought that I could do something in a niche with them, and I did.
What I was very happy to see was that the 2 sites I launched yesterday, 500 Bloggers and 50 Affiliates already have gotten a great start and have generated about $100 in sales in the first 24 hours. The best thing with that is that it is almost the double amount of my initial investment.
So what happens now? Of course I can not stand still and watch this idea pass by, I will continue developing word sites in different niches until I am satisfied. Here are the latest additions:

I will use all the money now in the beginning to put on PageRank building and advertising for quality traffic, to really make this a good deal for my advertisers.

New sites
This week I have had a lot of work to finish, but I have managed to work with some new smaller projects anyway. These are the sites that were launched today:
Both sites got a great start, and I managed to sell some words/links instantly.
I will do some more work on these sites, and I have ordered logos for both that should arrive by Friday.

Up-coming project
In a previous post I told you about a new site with the topic motivation, I have worked some on it and are currently looking for a good mailinglist software. So if anyone have some software to recommend, please send me an e.mail or comment here.

This site should be online any day now.
Dns problems
The last 2 days I have had problems with dns for new domains I bought, it is now solved but it has slowed me down a little on getting new stuff going.
I do not know what was wrong but both my server host and the domain registrar looked in to it.
Well, now I am on my way again.
I am in to: Motivation for entrepreneurs
I have not thought about it much in the past, but I am really interested in writing and talking about motivation for entrepreneurs.
Because of this I have now decided to dedicate some time and money to a project, on the topic “Motivation” with the target group Entrepreneurs.
This will be both a newsletter, a meeting place, and a place where I share my thoughts.
I have found a good domain for it, and the site should be online in a couple of days.

Just wanted to write a short post and tell you all I am back in business =)
I have had a good vacation, sadly most of the days where rainy, but I got to do a lot of nice business planning while enjoying life at the same time.
Some updates
Merchant Dialog - Going good, we will soon launch a cool competition to boost it a little.
Music Dialog - This forum is really standing still, will do some changes to it soon and start advertisting it. Great news is that it got a PageRank 4 with Googles new update.
RockerForum.com - Same as MusicDialog.com and got a PR 3.
New forum - I am luanching a new food/restaurant related forum soon, progress is good, installing some mods, and waiting for logo.
Secret Project - I have a new big project coming, waiting to snap a perfect domain for it tomorrow, hope I get it. When I got it the project will be launched with in a week.
